Would you treat a girl/ buy her gift for her birthday, if she didn't do anything for you on your birthday?

A girl I was talking to did not do anything/buy gift for me on my birthday, should I treat her for hers/ buy her gift? I have been getting mixed advice. I want to know what is be best thing I can do in this situation!

Okay, so if you want to keep the girl, get her a gift. If you think your relationship should be "A Two-Way Street", then get her nothing. Personally, if I was the girl, I would prefer nothing so that I didn't look stupid (or just REALLY cheap), considering I got you nothing.
