Is this a normal weight?

I'm almost 15 and 5 ft 10 inches and last time I checked I weighed in at 130 pounds with clothes on. My legs have some muscle on them but for some reason they still jiggle? Also I used to work out and have muscle on my stomach but I stopped and I can't tell if I have a little left over muscle or fat on my stomach. I just want a flat stomach or one with muscles and my arms are also sort of muscular. What do I do? If I work out will that help flatten or tone my belly? Also I think I have a little fat on my cheeks and it makes me self conscious. Any advice please? I'm a girl in case you couldn't tell. :)

A good general rule for girls is 100 lbs for the first 5 feet, then add 5 lbs per extra inch. So at 5'10", an average weight would be 150 lbs. You are underweight but still healthy. Don't worry! :)

Yes that's normal. In fact that is a perfect healthy weight. And don't worry about your
weight you are more in the skinny side than the heavier side so you should be happy. Also if you work out as in build your body muscle then yes your stomach will flatten

Girl you are 5'10. Even if you were 160 for your weight, it would STILL BE A NORMAL WEIGHT. For your height you do not want to be extra skinny and/or too much weight on. 130 is a normal weight for you. I bet you look beautiful no homo. But you can work out if you want but it is a perfectly fine weight.

Your weight is normal for your height and age. Abdominal exercises will help tone your stomach. Squats and moutain climber exercises will help your bum.
