Why is she acting like this?

I've been having friend troubles lately. We are both girls. She has always told lies but she was telling less than when I first met her. She stole one of my gaming devices and had it in her room for a year before I took it back one day when sleeping over at her house. Since then we have only hung out once or twice, and she stopped talking to me all together. Also her old instagram was hacked but she made a new one and followed me on it... why is she acting like this? We used to be such good friends and now she is acting really weird and I never did anything. Someone please help I just want to go back to being good friends again one day.

In a friendship it is not okay to lie or steel. Why do you think it is okay? She probably wants you to make the first move if she followed you on instagram. If you are not okay with steeling or lying let her know that you don't like that. But talk to her calmly. As a first approach you should as her on twitter if you guys wanna hang soon, or just tell her you want to get back together in comments or caption for a pic/vid you uploaded. It is public, that way she can't say something nasty. If that doesn't work call her or ask one of your parents to call her to ask her to come over. If she doesn't want it to work out it is her loss.
