No....but, if this marriage does not work out and you divorce, then your spouse might get half of your retirement pay...You might want to check this out with the benefit administrator.
After age 55 or so, the risks tend to outweigh any potential benefits of marriage, especially if one spouse is significantly richer than the other spouse...just ask Paul McCartney.
