Recently my old computer quit and I bought a new one.?
When that happened my Favorites vanished along with everything else. Are my Favorites stored on the Toolbar or are they gone forever? I had at least 300.

Unfortunately so. Unless you can recover the hard-drive from your old computer and then you could possibly restore all of your favorites.
