Can I drive out of province with my learners licence?

I live in Saskatchewan and I might be going out to Quebec, so we have to drive through Manitoba, and Ontario. I was wondering if I, with a sask learners, am allowed to drive in the two other provinces with the company of my parents

Thanksss

Yes, but any and all restrictions on the Saskatchewan learner license are in force, as well as any and all restrictions that would be in force if it was an Ontario learner license.
