Yahoo answers login problems?

Thank you for taking time to read this and help me, but please read carefully as the last time I asked, I got answers which were not appropriate for my problem. I enjoy using Yahoo!Answers on my MOBILE DEVICE. I have a Pantech Pursuit :(. I will be able to stay logged into Yahoo!Answers for a couple of weeks, then the format changes. I say the format changes because there is a new type of login screen, and many times it will not allow me to login--such as right now! I can't always get to a wi-fi spot to use my computer, so most of the time I do this on my MOBILE DEVICE. This cannot download any new aps or flash players because it is not a smart phone. 1.Why does yahoo keep changing the format so often? 2. I keep deleting my cache and history; it's not that. Now I still cannot log in on my mobile device and yahoo does not have a live person a I can talk to. All the Yahoo customer service numbers are fake. Can anybody help me to be able to log in/ Thank you.

Thank you very much for your answer. When I call the Yahoo! number, I end up in an automated loop. Having a customer service number isn't enough. They need to have LIVE people there to help. How can I log in?

VENUS: Thank you for taking time to answer, but I did say,"Please read carefully". I have a Pantech Pursuit :( , not a Blackberry, Android, or other Smartphone. Yahoo! does not care about users who don't have smart phones. In fact, Yahoo! doesn't care about ANYONE. Quoting Yahoo suggestions is just repeating info from folks who don't care. I will have to give the points to the ex-cop in OK, even though he probably cuffed me a few times when I lived there.

It happens because every two weeks you need to sign in again. This is a safety setting and 2 weeks is the longest setting you can get.

Try these suggestions, re: Sign in issues, from Yahoo Help:

~Turn off phone, remove and reinsert battery.
~If you recently changed password on desktop, you need to also change it on your phone.
~Some phones capitalize the first letter of your Yahoo! ID- you have to change it, if it is not supposed to be capitalized.
~Special characters in your password may cause a problem.
~Clear cache and cookies (which you've already done).
