Can I still join the Marines even though I broke my ankle?

I wanted to join the Marines in a year or year and a half but I broke my ankle last week. Getting a screw in tomorrow and the doctor says that it shouldn't affect my running, jumping, climbing or anything. But just because its been broken will they not accept me?
