We have a pet "fat tail gecko" my kid dropped the lid down on the tail cutting two large marks on its tail. The lower end of the tail start draining white/ yellow liquid the second mark was a little above the butt bleeding bright red blood. what should I do for this little animal its maybe three months old just wondering never had a gecko.

Wound care for a reptile is not that different from that of a mammal. Clean it with a little Hydrogen peroxide once. Then dab a little Betadine (or equivalent povidone iodine solution) on it, and a little Neosporin (or equivalent antibiotic ointment) on it. Then clean it with the Betadine daily,
Also Keep him in a clean enclosure, meaning no substrate, for a while. That way he is not dragging his tail through any mess. You'll have to keep an eye on it, but it should heal as any wound should. You can use the Neosporin for a few days, but top it once it looks to really start healing, the petroleum base in that stuff can cause extra sloughing of scales (which isn't horrible, and if the wound is bad, sometimes unavoidable, but no nee to add other problems.)
