What do you think of this outfit for meeting boyfriend's parents?

I have met my boyfriend's parents once before, but it was just for a few minutes. Now they have invited us on their yacht next month and I'm freaking out. I've never been on a yacht. My boyfriend says don't sweat it, wear dressy but laid back. I don't even know what that means! So anyway, what do you think of this outfit I put together, is it too casual? I think that the outfit looks fine. The only thing that I might tweak is the shirt. If you have a nice blouse, that could make it a little dressier.

I think that outfit is fine, apart from the shirt. The top is too casual. Maybe you could try a blouse or pretty shirt to make it slightly more dressy :)

I am soooooo digging that outfit! Love Love! Very cute and summery and I love the flats and I like that you are doing full length bootcut jeans instead of skinnies or capri pants. Much more dressy. Hudson bootcut jeans are awesome! Have fun! :-)
