I need help decipher tattoos on a few horses I acquired. They are ott endurance arabs?? Anyone know how to read lip tattoos? They are nearly impossible to make out.

Arabians are tattooed with the last digits of their Registration number.

He is probably a quarter horse. If he was not a really expensive horse (over15,000 dollars) then he is not a tb
