How much would a frame for a 60s or 70s Harley cost?

I have recently discovered I have a few parts of a 60s or 70s Harely. I know there are several diferent models of Harely available but I'm not after anything specific. This is what I have found so far. The seat, handle bars, and a fender. I also have a box full of a mix of pan and shovel head engine parts. I am into restoring classic cars and so I was thinking of building a bike using spare car parts to reflect on my personality and hobby. I have a tail light off a 1940 Pontiac and I have a headlight for a 30s chevy truck. (the kind that sits above the fender) the car tail lights and factory Harely tail lights are not very deferent in looks so I think it will fit. I'm thinking of using several other car parts too. I can make all the brackets I need but I don't know how much an engine or fame cost.

By the way if your wondering why I did not know I have had these parts it because they have been in the loft of my barn since before I was born.

Frame: $1000-$3000+ depending on used/new/chopper/custom/etc.

Engine: $1000 if you have most of the parts and need only minor machining/new parts (replace all gaskets, oil seals, feed lines, etc). Up to $10,000 if you plan on sourcing NOS parts and build from scratch.

V Twin manufacturing, Fog Hollow, are companies that carry what you want. Pauchgo and Jammer make great frames for HD. And OCC and Paul Sr. Are a joke!

Go to local after market shop in your area. They have a book called V-twin. They carry a wide selection of vintage stuff. They can get the frame your looking for. Paul sr of that occ show owns part of V-twin. They are based out of NY(just FWI).
