I feel something hard touching inside?

I feel something hard that is touching me skin surface from inside on right side of belly below the ribs. What could it be? Its been over 3 years now since i have thing kind of feeling. There is no such thing visible in ultrasound reports. This side is also slightly bulged out compared to left side of my body.
