All members of the American Hierarchy, when holding office in Washington DC, are exempt from any of the laws and domination they heap on you.

You get to pay for their Premium health care. They aren't there to care for YOU!

I'd imagine anyone rich enough to pay for any care they want it technically exempt from it aren't they? Don't quote me, hadn't really read into this that much.
