Can someone let me know if WWE John Cena going to return by Royal Rumble 2014 since he will be out 4-6 months?

Earlier tonight (08/19/13) on WWE Raw John Cena came to the ring and announced that he is going to get surgery to repair his elbow triceps and will be out of action from 4-6 months to recovery.

Do you think that he will return at the 2014 Royal Rumble like he did at 2008 Royal Rumble when he had to recover from surgery in 2007.

I am just curious that's all!
