They don't seem at all like violations to me. Although they're asking for predictions, statistics can be used to arrive at a reasonable answer.
If there were your questions, and they were reported, you should appeal.

Because they are asking for speculation, they could be seen by some members as being chatty. There aren't any facts to give you yet because these things have not happened. That could cause these questions to seem like chat. If you were reported, I wouldn't suggest you appeal. However, I also would not necessarily report them, either, because they are 'borderline.'
