Yes. The real insanity is the people that still believe the main stream media's LIES.
Remember that Obama used the US military to depose Qaddafi and help install the LIFG in Libya.
He believes he can do this again in Syria to benefit the Sunni movement (Muslim Brotherhood - the political head of the Sunnis).
Obama is out to rebuild the Murderous Islamic Empire.
He still may depose Assad and get his way with the medias help.
