18 is when you are tried as an adult. i want to make sure so i don't get her pregnant when i'm 18 and never see her again

I am aware that you can be tried as an adult before 18 depending on the crime. She also lives near a great college in Pennsylvania that I have my eyes on.

Age of consent is 16 in PA. So it would be legal, however I don't know that it's a good idea. Moving for sex? If her parents object, you can't even date her.

But you certainly shouldn't move there just for her. I know that sounds harsh, but now is the time to make decisions with your future in mind. What would you do there? Do you have work prospects, college plans, etc? College will be more expensive there than in the state where you live.

If she isn't in PA and is crossing state lines just to have legal sex, that's against the law and you can be charged.

You can be tried as an adult before you turn 18 - it depends on the individual and the nature of the crime.

You sure don't want to have a baby at 18.

You may want to check with a lawyer. It might be illegal if she is still considered a minor.
