If someone was to create a video site like Youtube, how would they get it off the ground?
If someone created a video sharing website similar to Youtube, but with better design and simplicity, how would they get it off the ground and build an audience?
How would they get content on the site when it starts (obviously to get users to sign up for accounts there would already have to be videos on the site).
