the size of my world has varied a times in my life
when I was small everything seemed huge and I wandered everywhere - my parents found me 3 miles from home once when I was 3 (rode my pedal car - they were metal back then)
other times in adulthood I find myself able to travels the country and this is very expansive
but also as an adult I have also been again limited to just a 4 block radius - so it varied

No, it isn't. I've seen a fair chunk of the globe, but there's still an almost overwhelming amount left to see given free time and the money to do it with. Surprisingly enough, I can find things to explore within a few miles of home; ghost towns. I seldom mention when I'm checking one out because I suddenly go from me and the Jeep to a charter bus after word gets around to my friends.
By my count, I've got about 150 pins stuck in the map on my wall that mark ghost towns. And that's just within the state. As I do more research, the world seems to grow larger and larger.

NO...as a child, EVERYTHING seemed HUGE!!! Everybody was taller than me, the light switches were higher than I could reach even standing on my tip toes, our car was soooo tall I couldn't touch the top without help. Now I'm as tall or taller than everybody that I used to have to look up to, light switches are the same level as my arms, & I can see over the car standing flat footed!!! Very little scares me now & I tend to see the world as the difficult place that it REALLY-IS!!! I DON'T see my world as being smaller...it just affords me MORE opportunities now!!!

It's bigger.
When I was a kid, I only knew about my town, the field behind my house and Blackpool.
