I know how to get to my questions on the desktop site, after some digging around, but since I'm not online on my computer a lot, no reliable internet at home, I'm usually using my phone, and there's no "my questions" or "my answers" tab on the new mobile layout as far as I know. Can I get to my questions on the mobile site?

From the Mobile home page - Tap on the questions button in the profile banner itself. Its straight forward. See the attached image in case it is still not clear

You have to set your mobile to desktop version (at the bottom of the page) to get full functions of this site including your activity.

Change to desktop first.
Old YA version. Click my activity just above the wide green bar click my q and a scroll down you will see your questions and answers. you can click more answers or more questions to see more; best answers are indicated or under answers you can click best answers
