Help my lucky red converse shoes are starting to fall apart the bottom part that is supposed to be glued?

How can I put them back together these shoes are my lucky chucks I have 7 pairs of chucks but these are special to me thanks for the help

You can buy stuff called shoe glue at walmart, it works really good. Same thing happened to me before
