sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt spread out on a cookie sheet and roast in a 375 F oven until crispy eat served in a bowl for a light snack or as a side with a sandwich

1. Cut up the curly kale and dinosaur kale and toss them in olive oil and a little salt. 2. Place them in a baking sheet in the oven for 7 minutes on each side at 400 degrees. Remove them, add salt and serve.
Yeah, it is kinda strong - I use mine in stir fry. A friend of mine uses it in different egg scrambles, he says to break it down a lot and it isn't so bad.
