I have been using 'elf' liquid liner for the longest and I have come to learn that it sucks, it dries really quick but it cracks and fades. So can somebody give me a suggestion for a good black liquid and pencil liner that is kinda cheap and one that I can probably buy from either Walgreens, Walmart or Target. I would also really appreciate it if you also told me a good cheap mascara. Thanks I am forever greatful ;)

I have been using Maybelline New York Eye Studio for years! It is black gel eyeliner in a pot and it comes with a brush. It doesn't smear at all and it lasts the whole school day. I love it so much, it works great for your bottom eye and top lid. I buy it at Walmart and it runs around $6. Hope this helps! :)

I've always and forever loved and been addicted to Maybelline's mascaras, especially any Maybelline Volume Express Mascaras. They're affordable and I can never skip a day without it. As for a liquid eyeliner, try Maybelline Line Stiletto liquid liner, but the brush on this is longer than elf liquid liner. L'Oreal also has a similar one.

maybelline gel eyeliner and esssence gel eyeliner in ultabeauty only or online. gel stays on longer and its more pigmented it does not come off like pencil and liquid do. for mascara i like the loreal carbon black i like the wet n wild mega length mascara i like the cover girl lash perfection mascara and the neutrogena healthy volume mascara

I find that 2true is good for me. It's only £1.99 per product or any 3 for £5, but it's actually quite good quality because it goes on easily, won't smudge and lasts pretty much all day! (For me anyway). The only 2true product I don't use is the foundation because even the lightest shade is too dark for my skin.
