What should i realistically do, other fish are perfectly fine,
I.can't stop him from eating because i can't take him out and i cant feed less because the other fish eat once a day,
Little guy swims well tries to swim vertically,

It could be bloated from over feeding .Are there any scales sticking up as that could indicate Dropsy .

If you're sure it's a male, and not a pregnant female, then simply feed the fish less. With feeding fish, less is more.
