Hi about 6-7 mts. ago I've purchased 2010 MS. Office activation code online, downloaded MS. Office and activated with no problems. Later I had some problems with my laptop so I had to do full factory restore. Downloaded MS. Office again, entered my code and all is good until I try to activate it again, now MS. gives me error code stating that my code is invalid and I have 30 days to activate or I will not have MS. Office. Am I doing something wrong?

You have to do a phone re-activation. Should give you the option. It should then give you a number to call and a code which you enter. Then you get a code to enter. Pretty straight forward and very easy to do.

When you install MS Office 2010 it asks you for the key first up, well mine does as I have a disc, so if the key is incorrect or you have typed it in wrong then you would know from there, is that is where you having problems, or are you downloading from your account. does it download an install manager first?
