Looking for a stapler-like device that fastens paper with a decorative staple.?

Question

I want to staple together about 5 sheets of paper but I want the staples to look decorative like a gem, a bead, or a simple rounded disc would do too.  But, I want the decorative element to be visible on both sides of the stack of papers.

Maybe something like a brad fastener but with the prongs hidden or camouflaged so they look decorative instead of utilitarian.

You could use an eyelet? Many of them are shaped and look nice. I use a Crop-A-Dile to set mine:
