I need a phone plan with unlimited international calling?

I am tired of having to refill the minutes on my tracfone. I talk to somebody in India for a very long time, and use a lot of minutes quickly. I think finding another plan, where I can make one monthly payment and talk unlimited to somebody in India would be much more affordable for me. Does anybody know of any phone plans that offer unlimited international calling? What is the cheapest one available?

Use either viber tango or Skype apps. All calls text etc are totally free. Both parties need the app
