Phone is screwy is it possible to fix it?

Question

So I bought a cell phone a year ago, got a three year contract, so two years left.
Something went weird on it and now I don't get service... I can send texts, but it wont always send right away because there is no connection, and when it does send, it sends 1-20 times and it annoys the people I text.. and to receive texts well... It can take a minute or a day... I think a file got deleted off of it or something, I'm not sure.. I did a restore on it, everything back to default and it still didn't work... I'd like to try and fix it on my own, but if I can't, then I'm going straight to the place where I bought it and hopefully something can be done there. But in the meantime, if anyone here can answer and possibly fix this, it would be great, thanks.

Here in UK, if you're on contract (especially 3 years) you get a new mobile every year free (latest model), so check that out.  Also, most mobiles aren't designed to last more than a year; they evolve so quickly and so does the software running on them, if you had it repaired it would not be working properly anyway after 3 years. Plus dropped 'every now and then' may look like you haven't damaged it, but the electronics inside are shocked by a short drop.

The phone is most likely defective. If it is an iPhone this is probably very true, as apple's terrible products tend to break easily. Have you dropped the phone, or gotten it wet? Call your mobile provider and see if you have insurance on the phone. If not, look for a third party repair shop near you, as manufacturers will charge you 3x what they should to repair phones, and will take upward of a month to return them. Look on Craigslist for these places. It can't hurt to simply bring it in to an electronics store and ask what's wrong.
It would help to have the model of the phone and if you damaged it at all.

You are under a contract and something is wrong with your service (so far as the carrier is concerned)  Take the phone in and complain about no service.  Let them sort it out and say nothing about trying to fix it yourself ( never do that again please)

as u say that ur cell is under WARRANTY.
just go to the lg gallery and hav ur cell replaced or repaired.
if they ask u that hav u tried ot repairing on ur own then don't tell them since it would remove ur warranty.
don't show it in local shops , coz it will remove ur warranty.
