Well,, I certainly KNOW more songs written about Jesus than about the others. But that might be a matter of limits to my knowledge; there could be lots of songs written about them that I just don't know. I've certainly heard some to Zeus; there have been several gospel-music adaptations of Sophocles' plays from the Oedipus cycle, and I have attended performances of both "The Gospel at Colonnus" and "The Burial at Thebes.

I haven't actually heard ANY songs about either Thor (though I suppose there must be theme music from the films?) or the FSM. I know one about Thor's father, though:

Father Odin we will follow
And in battle we will wallow
Till we wind up in Valhalla
And that's good enough for me!
