Not really.
Whether you're a generalist or a specialist, there will be things that you see WAY too many of.
However, most good practitioners realize that while we may consider problem X 'boring', it's very important to the patient.

some doctors may feel that way but "boring" diseases are usually the ones that they see all the time and/or are easy to treat; even if they find the diseases mundane, it's still kind of nice to treat these patients because then they can quickly move on to more interesting disease states.
