If given the opportunity, where would you rather study abroad at? Dubai or Europe?

I'm planning on studying abroad next year and I am torn between two places - Dubai and Europe. They both offer so much and would provide me with a great experience. I ask this question with the hopes of getting other people's inputs on what they think would be the better destination. Also, if anybody has studied abroad in either of these places, you telling me about your experience would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Dubai. Everyone goes to Europe. It doesn't really make you stand out. I've studied abroad in Italy and it was an amazing experience, but there's just something so mystic and unique about the Middle East. Both destinations are great, but venture into the unknown. Dubai's a great city! I've never been there, but I'm hoping to go soon, since I study Arabic. However, Dubai is rather expensive. Practically everyone in that city owns a Ferrari or some car that costs more than the average house. Though, it should be fun. It's a melting pot of cultures and all the top business personnel seem to travel there.

I would personally recommend you go to Europe. Of course it depends where in Europe but it is an amazing place. I'm taking class in Spain and its beautiful. It is so relaxed and there are a lot of places you can see and attend after school. Some universities are internationally acclaimed and provide a wide variety of courses. Dubai is also good but there isn't much variety and your entertainment options are also very limited.
