I wanna get the s3 for Christmas can I get it on tmobile pay as you go. Or can I just get it prepaid and use net10? Please help because my uncle is cheap and won't let me get a regular contract

Try to use virgin mobile. Not only do they give you a discount on the phone, unlimited text, web and data is only $35 a month.
