I want to use it as a de-icer and I would rather get one big bottle instead of a bunch of small ones. I live in Canada in the province of Newfoundland, so only stores located here would be of any good to me.

Ask at the Lawton's Drug Store on the east end of Elizabeth Avenue in St. John's. They carry a lot of specialty health care items, and may carry it in larger quantities. If they don't have it, they can probably tell you where you can find it if it is available at the retail level in Newfoundland in that size.
