Mouse touchpad and click is not working at all. Help!!?

HI sorry if this is not meant for here, but I have a Toshiba laptop and when I turned it on this morning the mouse track/touchpad is not working, I can not click with it either.

I have tried enabling it but it was not disabled in the first place, Please help me I have tried lots of things. This has happened before to me but I have no Idea what do to!!!

Often there is a lock the mouse button, perhaps you pressed it? Mine on my HP is right in the middle above the mouse pad. Found this too:
