What Do I Do When A Company Does Not Respond?
Hello, recently I sent someone a Gameboy for customization. However, as of 12/23/13, the seller has not had any contact with me although I have sent him multiple e-mails, one on 12/30/13, one on 1/4/14, and one on 1/6/14. Can anyone help me? This is an online store so I can't just walk in and ask to speak to a manager. What should I do?
