I have different black pants that all look the same when they're on hangers. I have to look at the labels or take each one out to see which is which. What's a smart way to mark them so it's more visible? Is there such thing as a white marker?

Get some colored hangers or put some kind of identifying tag on the hanger and use the same one for each pair every time. You might have to create a "key" to remind you which is which for a while till you get used to it. I have the same issue and use different hangers but sometimes I just put them in different places in my closet.

Simply make a tag with a description to hang on each hanger. You could use manila tags with strings attached from an office supply store and write with a Sharpie so it could be easily seen.

Put pegs on them and you can write on the pegs :)
