Cannot log into router - port forwarding?

People probably get this question alot... anyways.. for whatever reason I cannot login to my router to port forward to create servers. (servers for games stuff like that) I go to 192.168.0.1... I do everything right but then when I login it always says every time "Login failed". I do not know why this happens! It happens on every computer and device I try to use. I know the password..I know the username, it just doesn't work at all. Does anyone know why this is?? My router is from HitronTechnologies and is a rogers model. CGN2-ROG.

You may have to reset your router back to default settings.

Also keep in mind that your Admin password is not the same as your WIFI password.
If it is, change it.
