Mean virus on windows 8. Need help!!!?

I was downloading a mod but ended up with "Windows Security Master". It loads up as soon as I boot up the computer. And you can't exit out of it.

So I restarted the computer and went to the settings by holding shift when I pushed reset. When I get to the safemode option and hit start the screen goes blank without giving me the menu to select which safemode I want.

What can I do, it won't even let me do a full system recovery.

If you don't want to download anything, try Add or Remove Programs IF you can.
Search "Add or Remove Programs" then find the program(s) that is/are causing all the trouble, but that's a pretty big virus. It's gonna be difficult to completely remove.

Go to CMD in Safe Mode, then type this command in: sfc /scannow
