How much to replace a 3.5 ton central air circuit board and gas valve?

Our repairman discovered a slightly burned circuit board and suggested replacing along with the gas valve, as our unit automatically is shutting off when turn on heater. He said if gas igniter doesn't ignite, will auto turn off. What is the ball park range for expense? Thanks
