Repair cement between bricks?

I have a brick house with a few areas missing the cement that frames each brick. I was wondering what would be the best product to purchase to fill-in the areas. There are less than 10 areas, so I wanted to know if there is a tube of something I could purchase.

Be careful if those spaces between the bricks are vertical and at the base of the wall they are drain holes for condensation and are supposed to be there.

Its not really cement--its mortar made to HOLD bricks together. Can buy in 20-40lb bags at Homedepot etc and mix. Then "put" the mortar into the cracks--called tuck pointing. The hard part is getting it in the cracks without getting it on the front. Will show bad unless the bricks already are "used" with old white etc on surface. Can try a trowel or they make a small squeeze bag (like a cake decorator uses for icing etc. Still not easy.
Other products also available in same section at store--some in caulk tubes etc. Just read and consider..
