Fun things to do outside of theme parks?

So I live in the Orlando area. I have passes to all the theme parks and have pretty much done it all multiple times. I love the parks but I am looking for fun things to do outside of the parks.

I am always looking out for suggestions.

-go to a Indian casino(s)(IF there are any in Florida, and IF you are 21 or older)
-hang out at the mall with friends
-biking at the park
-try out yoga, where it is free and you might like it
-go outdoor camping for two nights and three days with friends or family
-horse back riding
