Does anyone know the name of this taillight?

It's for a Ford Expedition..I have 2 different taillights on it and I'm trying to find one of these in the pictures to order. What is this one and how hard is it to install?

ugly aftermarket euro-style tail lights....maybe try and find websites that sell parts for ford SUV's and see if they have a selection tail lights it might be in
