Thing is I way over paid for this car if it has over 146000 miles .and btw another dealer had the car before the one I got it from but they don't considered that a owner so I dont understand how two dealers missed that the mileage didn't match up and didn't investigate .btw the reason I'm asking "you" is because I'm a stay home father with no phone or car to go to a place I could ask and I had no clue who to talk to about this matter.

whoops! soMEONE CANT read OR THE ODOMETER WAS TURNED back! tHE good news IS THAT A subaru IOSGOOD FOR many quality years! cHECK VEHILCE FOR chassis rust AND go for it! hAVE A subaru guy CHECK OVER YORU ENGINE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A FEW specail needs THERE! tHEY ouhandle MOST CARS, ANDD GIVE good mielage! btw< TEH subaru ENGIENS ARE copies OF THE vw air cooled engines! tHEY INSTALLED water jackets WHERE vw USED air TO COOLTHEM! It is an OPPOSED engien or "H" engien where the pistons run SIDEWAYS instead of UP and DOWN! SOMEBODY probably misread the ODOMETER at the trans dept or other palce, but it is NOTHIGN to worry about! CHECK BRAKE FLUDI COLOR ( iff it is VERY DARK BROWN it need to be PWOER FLUSHED OUT to save yoru ABS pump) I would have NO FEAR of buying this car if I ran it OVE AN OI LCHANGE CENTER and the BOTTOM is checked for RUST and other degradation! GOOD LUCK to you!!

You're asking us? You should be talking to somebody at the State Attorney General's office. I'm SURE they'd be VERY interested in the discrepancy. Talk to them BEFORE you talk to the dealer.
