Are you wanting just the brush guard? That picture is a whole custom bumper with a brush guard which is the technical name for what's in front of the grille.
Try ebay, they have bull bars, brush guards, bumpers etc. "Ford Excursion brush guard" is what you'll want to search.
If you want that whole bumper it might be best to search on some Excursion forums. Those are an arm and a leg.
