Is this sentence grammatically correct?

For the following sentence, is this correct for "taxpayers"

Use the many miles of my paving experiences to ensure you the taxpayers have the best roads possible.

- Or should it be? Use the many miles of my paving experiences to ensure you the taxpayer have the best roads possible

Use the many miles of my paving experience to ensure that you, the taxpayer, have the best road to travel on.

I don't really understand the "use the many miles of my paving experiences"... you aren't a brick layer, are you?

Neither "experiences" need to be plural. I have paving experience, not paving experiences...
