Should I take him back after 3 weeks separated?

Question

My husband and I separated 3 weeks ago. But is still paying my rent .  We have been having problems for about 1 year.  , ( he wants freedom) he says that as long as he come back home a decent hours I shouldn't say anything etc etc. among other problems...  He seem to b enjoying his free live , but the problem is that he share custody of 2 children, 10 and 11 yrs old , and now that us visitation time , he seem to want to come back home, he say that he "have to work things out " Instead of " I want to"
So it seems to me that he only want to come back because of the roof over his head ... I know he love me, but I feel like he is going though a phase .... 
So I told him that if he is out of the house then eventually we will b headed to divorce... And of course he don't want that $$$ . But he doesn't seem to really want to b with me either ... Any advise?

Tell the jerk that you want to move on and as a family man he needs to man up and pay.  Not too many ladies can be wined and dined when the moths fly out of his wallet!  Tell him he can't have his cake and eat it too!

Don't take him back - it will only be trouble.  He wants his cake and eat it too.  He is suppose to be married not hanging out at the bars until he feels like coming home.  What an idiot.  When he straightens out his life tell him he can come back but not before then.
