When can a person ask a court for an ex-spouse's bank garnishment?

If you are a woman and it is for alimony or child support just go to the women's office (called Child Support Enslavement or something like that) in the court house and they can help you. I think they'll point you in the right direction if you want alimony because you don't want to get a job to support yourself.

The state will hire a lawyer for you. (They said it is for them, but since your interests are the same, it works for you.)

Also, I wouldn't trust them taking money out of my account. They likely won't stop at the right time....Show more

For what? Child support?

I tried to get the child support people to take my payments from my checking account every month. I submitted a copy of a voided check, a letter stating they were permitted to take funds out every month. They have never done it.
