My phone recently broke on me so i need a replacement fast kinda. Dont wanna spend a lot of money on another so my question is can i use a tmobile prepaid phone specifically the Nokia lumia 521 on my tmobile family plan?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to but I would always check the details of the family contract to be sure.
If no one fully answers your question here I would just use a family member's phone to call T-Mobile customer support to get the answer quicker...just be careful because they will try to sell you something else lol
