Computers iTunes deleted, i have it on my iPhone still, can i ever sync again without deleting iphone?

The iTunes on my computer (pc, win 8) is deleted. I have it all on my iphone. That's OK. Now, I added (downloaded) a few songs into the empty iTunes. I want to add those songs to my phone, but when I connect and try different sync settings, it says it will DELETE everything on my phone. NOOOO! What to do? I am logged in to iTunes too, same user as always, same device. Why is this happening and what can I do? Will I never be able to add songs to my iphone without deleting everything? HELP!

when I click 'manage music manually' and then try to 'apply' or 'sync' it says it will delete everything on my iphone

If you are able to access the screen that shows the phone settings in iTunes, check the box that says manually manage music and it should work.
